Chapter 2 Creating Robot Plans

Graphical State Space Programming (GSSP) is a framework that facilitates the creation and execution of robot plans. GSSP has two components:

  1. A graphical tool for programming robot plans.
  2. A software system that executes these plans.

This chapter discusses the graphical tool, hereafter referred to as the GUI. We will explain basic GSSP concepts, and provide walkthroughs showing you how to use the GUI.

In Chapter 3 we will discuss the software system that executes plans created using the GUI.

Please note that you will need a standard three-button mouse to use the GUI effectively.
